Individual contributors in our society bring a great deal of value to our communities.  Unfortunately, the value that is brought forth isn’t always positive.  It is important that the youth of today are prepared and equipped with all of the tools to be successful and effective leaders within society and our communities.  In order for this to happen, we, as a society, must enable our youth to develop the character, integrity, confidence, and values that promote healthy and positive behavior.  To strengthen our society, promote strong leaders, support development, we must invest in our YOUTH, our FUTURE.
